We might also receive information about Users from community sources in connection with the provision of the Safer Rockridge Services. The information is collectively referred to herein as “PII.”
What Do We Use Your Information For?
Safer Rockridge will never sell your PII. We use PII solely to operate, provide, and improve the Safer Rockridge Services and to communicate with you and our contracted patrol service about the same. Periodically, Safer Rockridge sends to Users direct communications via email (e.g., newsletters and for account support) which you can opt out of at any time. We occasionally send out surveys asking for feedback on the Safer Rockridge Services. We might also share PII as follows:
- Patrol Service: We contract with a patrol company to perform the Safer Rockridge Services. This third-party service provider may have access to certain PII to the extent needed to perform their functions but may not use it for any other purposes.
- Protection of Safer Rockridge and Others: We release PII to comply with the law; and to protect the rights, property, and/or safety of Safer Rockridge, our Users, or others.
If you have any questions as to how we collect and use your PII, please contact us at SaferRockridge@gmail.com. In addition, to the extent required by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of your PII, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
